In my graduate school program, I completed a self-designed capstone project where I wrote and illustrated a children's book. This not only combined my love of reading with art, but allowed me to implement my Adobe Illustrator and Procreate skills. I still practice illustration frequently, and am currently working on finalizing designs for another children's book.
